Eli-Nepafen (Nepafenac)
Each 1 mL eye drops contains 1 mg of Nepafenac.
 
Nepafenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It relieves eye pain ,swelling and inflammation after cataract surgery.

Although improved surgical methods have lessened the occurrence of Postoperative eye inflammation, nevertheless, it remains a risk with any surgery. Certain factors, such as diabetes, cataracts may increase the risk for inflammation following surgery, Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) posses a significant ability to reduce pain and the signs of ocular inflammation, including postoperative inflammation

Indications: Treatment of pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery
