Eliproxaban (Rivaroxaban)
Each film coated tablet contains 10 mg Rivaroxaban.

 
Rivaroxaban is a highly selective direct factor Xa inhibitor with high oral bioavailability. Inhibition of factor Xa interrupts the intrinsic and extrinsic pathway of the blood coagulation cascade, inhibiting both thrombin formation and development of thrombi. Rivaroxaban does not inhibit thrombin (activated factor II) and no effects on platelets have been demonstrated.
 
Indications: FDA approved Rivaroxiban for Reducing stroke risk in non valvular Arterial Fibrillation (AF) Treatment of Deep Venous Thromosis (DVT) and reduce the risk of recurrence Treatment of Pulmonary Embolism (PE) and reduce the risk of recurrence Prophylaxis of Deep Venous Thromosis after knee or hip replacement therapy Rivaroxiban shows a proven efficacy , demonstrated safety profile and convenient oral dosing with no routine coagulation monitoring
